As you will have gathered, looking after your fire protection, refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment and systems on your own is no small matter. Not only because specific certifications are required for the various operations provided for by the Regulation, both for technicians and for companies.
But also because the regulatory framework is complex and requires great care if you want to avoid a series of risks (from fines to breakdowns).
For this reason Gielle offers a third-party responsible person service consisting of the direct management of your system and equipment: air conditioners, refrigerators, climatic chambers, chillers, heat pumps, stationary fire protection systems, vehicles with refrigeration units and electrical switchgear.
By appointing us as third-party responsible person, the obligations, requirements and related responsibilities for compliance with Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 fall on Gielle: we take full responsibility not only for the technical aspects, but also for the administrative and legal ones.
We take charge of all the technical and legal burdens and of the maintenance operations on the systems and equipment, assuming full responsibility for them, including legal responsibility.
We will also take care of the following obligations
Prevention of F-gas emissions
Periodic checks of equipment containing F-gases
Recording of the checks carried out and keeping of equipment records
F-gas annual declaration: annual communication of data on the checks carried out
