By appointing us as third-party responsible person, the obligations, requirements and related responsibilities linked to compliance with Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 fall on Gielle: we take full responsibility not only for the technical aspects, but also for the administrative and legal ones.
We take on all the burdens, both technical and legal, and the maintenance operations of the systems and equipment, assuming full responsibility for them, including legal liability.

Periodic checks of equipment containing F-gases
Recording of the checks carried out and keeping of equipment records
F-gas annual declaration: annual communication of the data relating to the checks carried out
