Gielle’s range also includes a number of reclaimed refrigerants.
Used gases are treated to remove any impurities (H2O, high-boiling products, oil, etc.) and, once reclaimed, are placed back on the market.
Our exclusive technology is able to produce reclaimed refrigerant from blends that were previously considered unusable. We offer our assistance for the recovery of used and residual refrigerants, and we separate and reclaim blends of various components according to AHRI standards.
Reclaimed refrigerants fully comply with the most stringent quality standards, such as AHRI 700 or similar.
The Gielle reclaimed range includes: reclaimed R404a, reclaimed R410a and reclaimed R507.
All used CFC, HCFC and HFC refrigerant gases must be collected and recovered to be sent for disposal or reclamation as special and hazardous waste (to which EWC code 140601* is assigned).
Reclamation and disposal may be carried out by companies authorised by the Italian Ministry of the Environment and therefore entered in the National Register of Environmental Managers.
In particular, CFC and HCFC gases must always be sent for disposal, whereas HFCs can be treated, reclaimed and possibly reused.
Precisely to help holders of used refrigerant gases fulfil their legal obligations, Gielle, through its refrigerants division, offers a recovery, recycling, reclamation and disposal service for refrigerant and extinguishing gases.
Recovered refrigerant fluids that prove to be reclaimable undergo reclamation: the treatment is carried out by a dedicated new-generation plant that allows the separation of impurities present in the refrigerant fluid such as H2O, high-boiling products and oil.
The recovered fluid is reclaimed in compliance with the AHRI 700-2016 quality standards and is placed back on the market.
All products meet the strictest international standards and undergo a full certified analysis before being shipped.
Users and companies can rely on Gielle for the complete management of refrigerant recovery and recycling throughout their entire life cycle, thus easily complying with the relevant legislative and regulatory obligations.
